My Approach:

 Psychotherapy is a supportive interpersonal relationship that therapist and client enter into together.  I am continually privileged to learn about my clients as an active listener.  I ask questions that promote deeper understanding and offer observations when appropriate.  I use an integrative approach, weaving together various schools of thought and clinical practice that I have found to be helpful.  

My interest in Mindfulness practice is rooted in a non-religious understanding that becoming more mindful of our behaviors, bodily reactions and emotional responses helps us develop tools to identify our needs in the present moment.
